People are the point.
They always have been.
Nicole Karagiannis · Founder, People Purpose

· My story
For much of my career I sat at the leadership table as a Chief People Officer, working closely with executives and founders to build organisations where people could genuinely thrive. I loved the work — the strategy, the coaching conversations, the moments where a team finds its footing. What I kept noticing was that the organisations who needed that kind of thinking the most were often the ones who couldn’t justify a full-time People executive.
So I built People Purpose to close that gap. As an independent consultant and fractional HR leader, I bring senior-level expertise to the businesses and leaders who need it — without the overhead, without the waiting for headcount approval, and with a level of focus and care that only comes when you choose your clients deliberately.
“I believe in the potential of every person I work with, and in the need for a more connected, empathic workplace — one that leads with purpose and intention.”
I work with founders, executives and leadership teams across all sectors — from scaling startups and PE-backed businesses to not-for-profits and healthcare organisations. The thread running through all of it is the same: people who want to lead better, and organisations ready to become something worth belonging to.

How I work
“Growth happens at the edge of comfort.”
Growth through discomfort — but always with dignity, reflection and a positive mindset. No frameworks dropped in from elsewhere; she gets to know your organisation, culture and people, and builds from there.
· Values
Integrity
I say what I mean and mean what I say. You’ll always know where you stand.
Respect
Every person I work with is met with care, curiosity and full attention.
